Perk points are awarded for cosmetics like outfits and vehicle looks. You don’t need to equip these items; simply having them in your inventory is enough to earn perks.
Perk Points gained from Outfits
Each outfit consists of up to 6 parts: legs, torso, head, hat/hair accessory, neck accessory, and hand accessory. Getting a single outfit part gives you points based on rarity, and completing the full set gives you a big bonus.

Perk Points gained from Vehicle Looks
You earn perk points when you finish building a vehicle skin. All vehicle skin blueprints require rainbow bricks to build:
