If you don't see your purchase right away, there may be a delay due to connection or payment authentication issues. In some cases, it might take up to a day for the purchase to show up in your account.

To help you with your purchase issue, our support team will ask for the purchase's Google order number. The Google order number looks like this: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345. Here's how you can find it:
- Go to Google Pay and sign in with your Google account.
- Select the activity/purchase you wish to see the receipt of.
- Scroll down to see the transaction ID.
If the purchase has been completed, you should have also received a confirmation email containing this number.
